Payment and Shipping

DUBAI

PAYMENT

• We accept the following methods of payment via our secure payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Tabby. (Online payments are in AED)
• You can pay by credit/debit card at your location. We will bring the card machine upon delivery. (We accept Visa, MasterCard and all debit cards)
• We accept cash on delivery (COD). If you would like to make a wire transfer please contact us at ask@boomandmellow.com

SHIPPING

• You will receive your order on the same day or the next day (weekdays).
• All orders made before 6:00 pm will be delivered within 3 hours (except Sunday).
• Shipping is free for orders above 200 AED.
• 25 AED shipping fee for orders below 200 AED.
• You will receive an email with your AWB number once the order has been released.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (EXCEPT DUBAI)

SHIPPING

• We deliver using Quiqup Courier.
• You will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.
• Shipping is free for orders above 300 AED.
• 30 AED shipping fee for orders below 300 AED.

GCC & MIDDLE EAST

PAYMENT

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in the GCC only, however there is a charge of 200 AED and the maximum amount for cash on delivery is 1500 AED.

• We deliver using Aramex or DHL Standard Shipping.
• You will receive your order within 3 to 6 business days.
• Shipping is free for orders above 1000 AED.
• There are some undeliverable areas and you may need to pick up your order from the nearest Aramex or DHL office.
• All shipping rates are based on the weight of your purchase, the total varying in price based on your shipping location. You will receive an email and AWB tracking number once your order has shipped.

• You will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days.
• Shipping is free for orders above 1000 AED.
• All shipping rates are based on the weight of your purchases, the total varying in price based on your shipping location. You will receive an email and AWB tracking number once your order has shipped.

Boom & Mellow is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities, and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be registered to the address of the buyer as per the address given only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). Boom & Mellow is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
