  • Once you have found an item, choose your size or the color and click ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page.
  • Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

Do I need to make an account to place an order?

You can shop at Boom & Mellow without creating an account.However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

Do you offer same-day delivery in Dubai?

Residents of Dubai can benefit from flexible delivery options through our service. Orders placed before 6pm qualify for 3-hour delivery, while orders after 6pm will be delivered the next day (Monday to Saturday). Please note we don't deliver on Sundays.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

We deliver to one address per order. To send items to different locations, place separate orders for each destination.

How can I track my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent with your waybill number for package tracking. If registered, monitor delivery progress by logging in and clicking 'My Account' then 'Order Status'.
